Forty years of running businesses. Now I'm helping build AI business systems, the way people want them.

I started on the shop floor in lean manufacturing, where the job was simple: find the wasted time and effort, then make the work repeatable. I went on to become a partner in a national manufacturer of about 110 people, and then founded Total Lifting, building goods lifts and workstation cranes.

In every business, good people lost hours to admin that a system should have handled. So I built SAM AI, the system I wished I'd had. My own businesses run on it today, and now I help other owners build theirs.
